10/10 Exceptional

The room was great, it was large and had a comfortable bed and bedding. Parking was not an issue and there were plenty of spaces around. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, staff was quite helpful. The only issue we were told the bar would be open til 9:30 and we arrived back the hotel at 9:00. The desk clerk/bartender was watching a soccer game with some people in a large room and didn’t want to serve us. Seemed quite, but other than that it was a great stay!!

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel in a good location in Bastogne. Friendly welcome, in fact all the staff were very friendly and hard working. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and chilled water provided. The restaurant was very surprising. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, and the staff perfectly attentive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and included in the price. Parking was free and there are two charging points. Much nicer stay than the last hotel we used in Bastogne. Unfortunately during the current heatwave it was lacking air conditioned rooms. I understand this is planned to be retrofitted.
