Great choice for lodging in Invercargill
Hotel staff was terrific!! Check-in was a breeze. In the USA, if you rent from a "Motel", you can expect something small and cramped. But at 295 on Tay Motel, we had a 3-bedroom house with our own parking. Housekeeping service was available every day. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had a well-appointed kitchen. I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend 295 on Tay to anyone looking for lodging in Invercargill. Also, the location was close to everything we needed/wanted. Staff was always available if I needed anything. Thank you Geoff and Izzy for your good service.

Well equipped laundry room at the property, and I really appreciated the owners letting me use it after it was supposed to be shut so I could finish my family's washing. Room was nice with a spa bath.
