This is a truly stunning property that looks like it has been recently renovated. The loft rooms are stunning with fabulous views. The spa area is huge with spa, finsh sauna, dry sauna rest areas and nudist only area if thats your thing. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and very attentive.

A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a nice mix of modern and traditional. Spa was lovely and the reason that we booked the hotel. We booked with half board and had dinner every evening.
The food was mainly very good with salad bar as a starter and then multiple courses.
Some notable issues were that the hotel charges for tap water at dinner, which I understand can be a thing in Austria however it seems very unfair to neither show the prices of soft drinks or water on a menu and then charge €3 for tap water and an eye watering €7 for bottled. The service on the whole was poor with plates being clattered around, tables being cleared before we were finished and being rushed through dinner and asked to leave to set for breakfast at 9.30pm.
Some of the staff were very invasive rude and abrupt. The younger ladies who served us were very sweet and well meaning but there was a notable issue with service. I asked at the front desk for a spare key having left my key in the room and was very rudely told to return it when I found the old one.
The hotel is a walk from the main ski lift. If you want to ski the other areas the ski room isnt located very well to load and unload the car.
So in summary its a nice hotel but didnt feel friendly and welcoming and dinner which could be a lovely meal was spoiled by poor service skills. Not the best location for the nearest ski lift and poorly located ski room.

The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and nothing is ever too much hassle. The food and drink choices are vast and there is always enough to choose from. The car park and underground car park are a great addition with plenty of space. The hotel is immaculately maintained and it is very clean everywhere. The room is a great size and will amazing views from the balcony. I could not get the air conditioner to work and over the course of the night, the room became extremely hot and it was quite uncomfortable. Also, the bed only comes with one pillow that is very flat so I ended up using two cushions from the sofa instead. It would have been good to have an extra pillow in the room. It was also quite annoying that there were no drinking facilities in the room. No kettle/tea/coffee was provided in the room so it meant you had to always go down to the bar if you wanted to have a drink and just relax on the balcony. Also, we were given a bottle of water in the room on day 1 but this was not replaced throughout the entire stay. It would have been great if you could book your spa treatments online as it was only able to be booked via email which was a long and slow process and it would have been nice if they offered couples treatments as my husband and I had to go at different times but we like to get treatments together.
Overall, I loved this hotel, it was incredible, very pretty, amazing staff and I would love to come back soon.

ABSOLUT TOPKLASSE
Alt spiller helt i top på dette luksus resort i hjertet af de østrigske alper. Vi blev blæst helt bagover allerede ved check-in med velkomstdrink og menuvalg til samme aften. Egen balkon på alle værelser, kun for voksne og både spa og gourmetmad gør at vi helt sikkert vender tilbage hertil. Selvom der findes mange billigere hoteller i Alperne, så er helhedsoplevelsen aldeles fantastisk på Elisabeth. De lever helt op til PREMIUM PRIVATE RETREAT :-)

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Besonders der Badesee lädt mit entspannten Liegen nach einer Wanderung zum Entspannen ein.
Auf meine Schwangerschaft wurde gerade auch beim Essen geschaut.
