The price is excelent but...
The room was fine, but a little dark, illumination is poor, there is no heating-air and the room was very, very cold, maybe because it was on the first floor, the water in the shower is either very hot or very cold; I can't get any temperature in-between, you know how it works, it could burn you or freeze you. I do not recommend you to take the buffet breakfast, and besides, it's not included in the rate, it is not cheap and worthy. The location is great, you are almost in front of Reforma 222, it is a nice mall where you can spend a great time and eat something at any time, to get there it takes 5 minutes walking. In summary, for one night or 2, it makes sense, look the beds are reasonably comfortable, cleanness is ok, free wi-fi, the price is great, although you are going to receive what you are going to pay for.

Fair 4.0
Bad experience.
The room I was offered was not the one on the pictures. I had to pay extra money for the room which was advertised on Expedia website. Then I discovered that there was no cold water in the bathroom sink, toilet seat was old and dirty, bathtub was dirty, the bed-sheets were dirty, as well. There were no hangers in the closet to hang my cloths. On the second day, when I returned to my room after being gone all day, I found dark hair in the bathroom sink and around, like someone trimmed mustache. Carpets were not vacuumed. Hotel staff was not helpful, except one person who took time to come upstairs and see the conditions of the room. She communicated with the manager and helped me to resolve the issues.

Staff not very helpful.
For the price there is really more options. The front desk was not very helful. As a matter of fact they are rude. Had to ask for an iron two days in a row until finally decided to wait for it at the front desk because they would'nt bring it to the room. The facilities are old. Including and old tube television that the remote control has to be given to you at the front desk. Do they think you are going to still it? What hotel still has a tube televisions? The bath towels are more like hand towels. They are very small. The bed is hard and the pillows are very small. The toilet is more like a toilet from a public place. The elevator seemed like it was going the break every time we used it. It is really old. The carpeting is also really old. The walls seemed to be made out of paper with no insulation. We could hear the people at the other room. Yes, we could hear EVERYTHING! I really dont mind the old facility as much as I mind bad service. There is really no excuse for bad service.

Poor 2.0
Terrible! Would give it a 0
Very dirty to begin with. We checked in at 3:30 p.m. and the room was filthy. I had rented a room with 2 beds. The customer service representative was very rude and tried to sell me a sobbing story that I was the one that made the mistake. Clearly on the itinerary it said two beds. My dad and I were forced to stay in a room with a single bed. If you are renting a room with two beds, give the a call and make sure it had two beds. Otherwise they will give you one and blame it on you. Stay at your own risk. Very rude staff.

Poor 2.0
Dissapointing
The place has potential but so many bad things. First of all this site advertises the place "all rooms free wi-fi", I stayed in room 513 and there was no "in my room" as per indicated by front desk. Not enough towels, the ones provided horrible, old tv's, just one channel in English (and it's CNN), ma last 3 days had to go to front desk to reprogram my door key because stopped working. Definitely won't come back and won't recommend.
