Pullman proved to be an ideal haven for us to recharge before embarking on a long international flight. Our stay was delightful, with plenty of opportunities to bond as a family within the hotel's comfortable confines, as well as explore the nearby shopping mall for some last-minute retail therapy. The hotel's thoughtful approach to room service was also a highlight, with a menu tailored to alleviate the stresses of jet lag and cater to families' diverse tastes. This is an amazing place to stay. The room was emasculate, the bathtub in addition to the shower was so relaxing, and Aerocity is a great place to stay, many great restaurants and you have easy access to the metro to go and see the sites. I highly recommend! I even left my AirPods by mistake and they helped me retrieve them.

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only minor hitch was the room key stopped working almost every day and I had to come down to the reception and have it reset each time.

Very comfy rooms and beds, the Club room access is worth paying for, peaceful lounge area, not too big, would be great for single travellers. Food and drink options good. Great proximity for the airport as Delhi traffic is atrocious. The area is being developed atm so lots of building work nearby; pool was closed while we were there for this reason.
