Very disappointed that the advertised hot tub was almost as cold as the regular pool. No indication at the front desk that they were having an issue. Front desk staff had no idea how a hot tub works, suggesting that turning on the jets would heat it! Not likely!

We had a good stay in this hotel, it was near to all the places we wanted to see like the Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and the Lake Powell. You can just walk to nearby restaurants too. Breakfast was always fresh and the place was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful 😊😊😊
