The motel was conveniently located if you're interested in doing the Royal Gorge Railroad. It was a pretty quiet, no frills place to stay. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive place to crash for the night I would recommend.

Wonderful comfortable room in Canon City! All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had trouble getting through the mountains because of weather and the staff was very pleasant in telling us they would hold our room for us. The room was very clean and comfortable and everything worked well! Would definitely tell friends about this hotel and we hope to come back next year!

It is a very neat little retro Mom & Pop roadside motel. Nothing fancy at all but well cared for and maintained. Rooms and the breakfast area were extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. We were pulling a 20 foot car hauler with a pickup that was to large to turn around in their parking lot but the check-in clerk was very helpful to guide us to the side street where we could easily get in and out. The only down side was that there was not a fridge in the room and the breakfast selections were slim but they were tasty. We'd definitely stay there again as we go through.
