They were wonderful and very accommodating to any changes we needed! Loved the spa and pool area. The staff and services were also 10/10! The beach was still under construction but there were many day trips we had booked that brought us to other beaches on the island. I would love to stay here again in the future!

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were lovely. We were on all inclusive, but they did not have all the drinks available as per the menu.
This should have been available regardless of the season.

Alot of thought has gone into the different little expierances you can have, in areas you can choose to relax. Food and drinks were great! We were up-graded to a amaising luxury villa! Our butler Ramson was very attentive and thoughtful. He really went the extra mile staying up and helping us with our cases at 12.30am and helping with our taxi. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you...

The resort is lovely, staff are all wonderful. The resort is secluded, nice and private. Very quiet, lovely area. The staff are extremely nice and attentive. The resort food was delicious; the gift shop very nice. The pool was very refreshing while the beach was breezy and so comfortable to nap on. I also loved seeing the Masai walking around the property, they were nice and more than happy to take pictures with. I will definitely recommend and return to the resort in the future!

The resort was so beautiful! We had a couple of monkeys that visited regularly. Food was delicious and varied. The staff was amazing and attentive. They took really good care of us!

We enjoyed the stay and the staff were very friendly.
However, due to a flight cancellation we arrived a day after our check-in date. I did send the hotel a message advising them of this and asking if they could do anything about the (all inclusive) cost but received NO response.
The day we checked out we were told that we would have to pay for any food and drink consumed after the 11:00 check-out time! We raised the fact that we had not been able to have anything in the first day as we were delayed to which they agreed we could have lunch but no drinks, despite the fact that in theory we could have drink as much as we wanted while we were there.
This left us with a bad feeling, and the view that the management don’t actually care about their guests.

Great beach. Clean rooms and common areas. Good food. Friendly staff. Overall we had a wonderful time. Things to improve- 1. Access road to the hotel is really bad. 2. All dishes should be named and allergies taken seriously. 3. A table and chair would be useful in the rooms. 4. Gym is very basic. 5. Activities like exercise sessions in the pool, beach yoga, cooking demos will further enhance the value of the Hotel.

My stay was amazing! The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating! I had a 24 hour butler names Ramadhan, he was THEE BEST! Only downside is that the resort is pretty remote from restaurants, shops, etc so you will have to take a taxi or possibly rent a car. But i would definitely come back!

The property is at the southern end of the island. A peaceful location with stunning scenery and sympathetic architecture.
The hotel has fantastic amenities including several pools and private beaches, a pier, a turtle nursery and a well equipped gym. The food was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of excursions were available from the hotel and good quality entertainment was provided most evenings.
The only issue at the moment is the access road which is 5km of very bumpy dirt track, however the road is being rebuilt and should be completed in the next couple of months

Great stay
We stayed in a jungle villa for a few nights and had a very nice stay. Staff is very friendly, food is very tasty and room was always very clean. Ramso was at our service and he did an amazing job, he was so heartwarming and proactive, regularly asking us how we are and if we need something, asante sana! All communication was done via Whatsapp. Be aware that in the jungle villa, the animals surrounding can be loud in the night! The last patch of road to the hotel is not paved but that is a minor thing. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an ATM and the front desk was unable to hand out cash that we wanted for the last 2 days as we ran out...
