A estrutura do hotel é muito bonita e agradável, e no geral tivemos uma boa experiência. Porém, alguns pontos nos incomodaram bastante. As paredes dos quartos são extremamente finas, então é possível escutar absolutamente tudo dos quartos ao lado e de cima, o que prejudica bastante o descanso e a privacidade. Também ficamos nos quartos destinados a hóspedes com pets, mas o chão é muito escorregadio, o que acaba sendo perigoso e desconfortável para os animais. Além disso, o hotel oferece jantares temáticos com um valor relativamente alto, mas infelizmente a qualidade da comida deixou muito a desejar. Inclusive, meu marido passou muito mal após um desses jantares e ficou de cama por um dia inteiro. Acredito que são pontos importantes a serem melhorados, porque o hotel tem potencial e uma estrutura realmente muito boa.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. O quarto estava em condições inadequadas, com muitas formigas e até uma lagartixa morta, no meio do quarto. Outro ponto inaceitável foi a área kids. Escolhi o hotel justamente por viajar com minha filha e querer um espaço de lazer para ela, principalmente no final da tarde e antes de seguirmos viagem. Porém, ao chegar, fui informada de que a brinquedoteca fechava às 18h. Cheguei às 17h40 e já estava fechada. No dia seguinte, deveria abrir às 9h, mas também não abriu. É um absurdo um hotel oferecer área de lazer infantil e simplesmente fechar tão cedo ainda mais em pleno domingo e pior: sem qualquer aviso prévio no anúncio. Isso compromete totalmente a experiência de quem escolhe o local pensando justamente nesse diferencial. Me programei toda para que minha filha pudesse aproveitar o espaço e isso não aconteceu. Situação péssima, falta de organização, transparência e respeito com o hóspede.
