He gave some excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations before taking us to our room.
The room was perfect in every way.
Very good breakfast.

Fantastic 5 star hotel,, not far from Town Centre, spotlessly clean and very good front desk. Lovely Gardens that are immaculately kept. Breakfast was good but could be more fruit choice and staff in breakfast a bit more friendly, otherwise a great 4 night stay

I was only there for one night, but the hotel was great. The front desk manager and staff were very nice upon arrival and gave me an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a huge selection and the quality was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake and is a short walk to the center of town.

The hotel is large and spacious but in an old fashioned style.
The service is very good and the breakfast is excellent.
A beautiful and comfortable pool.
The only problem - poor level of maintenance (twice there were ants in our bathroom, a broken faucet, mosquitoes if you open a window)

Really a beautiful hotel and well maintained property! Will definitely be back. Room was luxurious, spotless and very comfortable. This time room 710 construction going on outside in the back kept us from balcony but is understandable would have liked to be told before. Carpets in lobby and hallway of 710 need either cleaning or replacing and fragrance of entire indoor hotel is too musky but is just my personal opinion. Staff at pool was inattentive and had to constantly walk to bar to order and very slow with orders. Pool area is very beautiful, clean and classy. Nice area to sit and enjoy a coffe and snack off to the side. Continental breakfast excellent! Had a wonderful lunch by the waterfall everything was delicious! Dessert too!
I am in no way complaining just providing some feedback. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again when in ioannina!

Fint, lugnt, rent och centralt hotell med gångavstånd till alla centrala delarna av staden.
Poolen är fin och är oftast lugn utan skrikande barnfamiljer.
Hotellet har trevlig personal (speciellt städpersonalen är väldigt trevliga och har hög servicekänsla) och frukosten är god och håller hög kvalitet med färska frukter, grekisk yogurt, honung, ägg, frallor, färskpressad juice och valfri kaffe. Även där är personalen väldigt trevlig och serviceminded förutom vissa individer som har en tendens att glömma beställningar

Bra, fint och lugnt hotell med trevlig och engagerad personal som gör sitt bästa.
Det som hade varit önskvärt att förbättra är:
- Bättre kaffe till frukosten och vid poolen. Cappuccinon smakade mjölk utan kaffe och höll inte alls hög kvalité.
- Fler byten av lakan. Lakanet i vårt rum byttes bara en gång på en vecka vilket är väldigt dåligt för ett fem stjärnigt hotell.
Annars är vi väldigt nöjda.
