It’s kind of a blend between a hotel, a B&B, and…not sure what. Awesome location, and the restaurant and bar deserve six stars at least. But some rooms share bathrooms, and our room (which didn’t) felt partially completed. If you’re prepared for that, it’s awesome. We stay there again, just for the food and bar!!

There was only one thing that we didn't like about the property. No elevator. Yes it is an older space but it was pretty hard to get a 50 lb suitcase up stairs - with no assistance (as there are no bell person on site to give you a hand). Other than that it was a comfortable room, hot water, restaurant and bar on site, didn't have to go far for dinner. (which was amazing). Love the character of the older building and have already recommended it to other folx.

I love that it was centrally located and it was in a charming older building. It’s an ole dame and shows her age but my room (and I imagine all of the rooms) was tastefully updated with all the things you need. The bed was lovely and soft but as I like a firmer bed, it was a little challenging. That however is a personal thing and doesn’t reflect on the Duckworth. As I didn’t interact with any staff due to the very clear instructions, my rating is neutral in this area.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The one thing I would tell people is that this is an hotel, and as long as you do, not mind a European feel this hotel is for you. There is no elevator. The staff are excellent. The location is amazing. We will stay there again.

Great location. Walking distance to all sites downtown. The ceiling had water stains that should be looked at. No tissues in room. It was quiet and for location we would stay again Word of caution. Unfortunately three vehicles including ours had windows smashed at parkcade across street.
