This hotel is the highlight of a 15 day trip to Japan. Two different hotels in Tokyo and another in Kyoto. Everybody was simply amazing. People from being greeted in the parking lot when we arrived and Usher directly to our room with our luggage being handled. The room was to put it simply stunning. Absolutely spotless. Acres and Hertz full kimono was waiting for us. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Having your own private outdoor patio with hot tub is a great way to spend the evening. I think we made a mistake by not doing the dinner service at least one night. Because the breakfast service was quite extravagant. You have your own private room in the dining area with personal service. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic and relaxing stay. Just a short walk from the main lake downtown area with shops and restaurants. Quality of the lodging and private onsen was exceptional as was the service. This is such a beautiful ryokan, located very close to Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. We stayed in the new wing, with private onsen bath, and our room was newly renovated and spotless. We booked late so we did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was spectacular!
