This hotel is the highlight of a 15 day trip to Japan. Two different hotels in Tokyo and another in Kyoto. Everybody was simply amazing. People from being greeted in the parking lot when we arrived and Usher directly to our room with our luggage being handled. The room was to put it simply stunning. Absolutely spotless. Acres and Hertz full kimono was waiting for us. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Having your own private outdoor patio with hot tub is a great way to spend the evening. I think we made a mistake by not doing the dinner service at least one night. Because the breakfast service was quite extravagant. You have your own private room in the dining area with personal service. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station. Some of the bathroom features were a little bit worn, but everything else was great.
