Madinah is a beautiful city but careful when out. Lots of haggling and forceful selling. Be consistent in you prayers and walk away from hecklers who try to lure you into their shops. Plenty of genuine shopkeepers too who are always happy to assist.

"The property is well-furnished, tidy, and quiet. I would say the interior of the hotel is excellent, though the exterior doesn't reflect the same quality. There are also several good-value restaurants and shops nearby. Although it’s a bit far from Masjid Nabawi (about a 15-minute walk), the hotel’s pricing is good when compared to others.

The hotel is really amazing, Great location, close to Masjid An- Nabawi. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere and great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist Muhammad and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast and dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Every meal I had at restaurant was a joy. The food tasted like it was made with love — fresh, flavourful, and comforting. The drinks were just right, always refreshing and thoughtfully prepared. I’ll miss those meals for sure.
The room was absolutely wonderful — spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, the cozy bed, and the peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and feel at home.
