The linens and towels are clean clean clean. They pride themselves in hot wash and clean linens as they should. Once you get into the resort it is peaceful and a nice serenity from the cobblestone town activity. There is parking and the valet team is excellent. Security provided throughout the property. Very safe. Easy 10 minute walk to the center of town/market. Staff was pleasant and quick to get what ever you needed, especially water for your room, at all hours. Restaurant was very good, we enjoyed our breakfast and peaceful environment. Highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel with great service

Loved our stay there. Nice SPA, I definitely recommend to get some SPA treatments or just use the sauna and whirlpool. The pool area is also nice to lounge and relax. Very nice restaurant with rooftop, tasty food and nice breakfast too. Friendly staffs, great service. Love to go back there for some r & r.

This property grew on us. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the room comfortable. If we needed anything (corkscrew, towels) it was delivered promptly and with a smile. I would highly recommend this property in this town.

Lovely stay overall. We had a great experience, although our weekend was a bit noisy as the gardening staff was using machinery on Friday. Some improvements and areas of opportunity we found: Not allowing snacks by the pool was surprisingly frustrating. When you're spending the afternoon there, it's natural to want something light to eat without having to leave. Everyone we spoke to during our stay shared the same feedback. This feels like an urgent opportunity to improve the experience. Did the sauna and contranst therapy. The facilities are a great addition, but one of the showers is in need of maintenance. The shower jets no longer work properly, which takes away from the experience. That said, the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, the room was beautiful, and the location is fantastic. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be exceptional.

Best experience in Tepoztlan! 10/10

Casa Fernanda was truly a wonderful experience from the moment of arrival to check out. The service was impeccable, and the guest advisors, were world class (especially Arantxa). I traveled as a solo woman from CDMX and they provided me with clear directions on how to arrive from CDMX without any problems. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing! Their products were top quality, and the on-site spa was one of the best I have ever experienced in my travels. I enjoyed the pool every day I was there, and the restaurant on-site was also fantastic. The hotel was walking distance to the downtown area of Tepoztlan, making it super easy to explore this beautiful small town. Truly a wonderful experience overall, and I cannot wait to return! 10/10!

Once we arrived at Casa Fernanda we had spoken to the front desk about our prior experience that left us with a bad taste in our mouth, hoping to prevent us from eliminating such a beautiful place in the future. After giving this property another chance we found ourselves enjoying every aspect of the hotel, especially the special birthday treats from the chef. As we travel the world we share our stays with others just as this was shared with us. Thank you for ensuring that history did not repeat itself and for the wonderful hospitality that we hope to have in the future as well. Special thanks to Mayra, Esmeralda, Yomey, and the valet gentleman that assisted us with our bags during check in and check out!
