Overall the staff was very kind and helpful - special shoutout to Ivan who always made the day feel special. The location of the hotel has pros and cons: pros being the location itself, cons being the amount of noise around the property. One big complaint I have is the fact that our room’s shower door did not close properly resulting in our bathroom being flooded every time we showered. We raised this concern with the front desk but never got a resolution.

I stayed at this hotel for 14 days . The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the shopping mall and many places to eat around . Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry . Isa Victory was a great experience for us!!!!

I stayed 2 nights with my new wife and we loved the place. It is right next to a mall so we had easy access to anything we needed and we got lucky and was able to park in the main parking lot on site but there are only a few parking spots there so we loved our spot and did not ever have to make the short walk from their other parking lot. The staff who took care of the complimentary breakfast were awesome and we loved the breakfast both days!! We enjoyed the sauna one night and really enjoyed using that and the next night we used the roof top hot tub but that was just ok, it took 4 hours to heat up and the jets were not massage power but just barely pushed the water power but it was still a great atmosphere to relax on the roof and talk in the nice warm water! Overall, we both enjoyed the room and location and the staff were great!

At check-in they did not recognize our reservation from cheaptickets.com, according to the manager the hotel did not work with cheaptickets. Because we had a confirmed prepaid reservation I called with cheaprickets in the US. After 40 minutes on the phone with cheaptickets the hotel found the reservation...... Both bad service from the hotel Staff as well as from cheaptickets, the 40 minutes International call is probably more expensive than the reservation itself. When we returned that evening the hotel put an apology note in our room with two deserts.

I was lied to

I specifically stopped walked into the hotel three days before I booked a nonrefundable and I asked them specifically is your Jacuzzi going to be open or is it closed because of the coronavirus they said when you check in it will be open by then I said OK and I booked it the only reason I booked the hotel was because I wanted to relax for four days in a Jacuzzi then I check in and they tell me know it’s not open and they have never had planned to have it open I said why did one of your employees three days ago and I asked told me yes it will be open completely lying to me not very nice not reputable
