Nice hotel, unusual and very interesting room, fantastic view, good service. Difficult to reach, but it’s due to the nature of hotel on rocks, transfer was well organisches. Loved this place. Views and staff were amazing. We had some issues on the first 2 days/nights with you children being left unsupervised in our area close by. Staff were sensational - sorry but we were on holidays to get away from stress, not listen to other people stress. Overall amazing place.

Maria and her staff were amazing. They were there to answer all our questions and gave us ideas of things to do. Our breakfast each morning was exceptional and we loved our talks with John. I would highly recommend this resort. One thing you need to know is there are a lot of stairs. We had 100 from our room up to the walkway where the restaurants and shops were. But well worth the climb!

Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We stayed for 5 nights, we had originally booked a junior suite with jacuzzi but upon arrival were informed that we had been upgraded to a honeymoon suite which just made our stay all the more perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was included which was lovely and plenty of options, the property is spotless and our room was perfect, we had a fantastic stay. A short walk to the left from the hotel brings you to some lovely bars and restaurants with a beautiful view and to the right it is about a 15 minute walk down to Fira. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.
