Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

Go somewhere else.

This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

As áreas comuns do hotel como piscina, restaurante, bar da piscina e café da manhã são muito boas. O café da manhã tem variedade e ambas as piscinas são super gostosas. Porém o quarto é extremamente sujo a ponto de ter crostas de sujeiras nos buraquinhos do chuveiro, no rejunte do piso da parede do banheiro tem MUITA crosta de sujeira, no registro para ligar o chuveiro, no pé do box, no botão da descarga, enfim…. A ponto de dar nojo de pensar no quanto de sujeira tem ali.

Minha estadia foi muito boa, os funcionários muito atenciosos, o café da manhã tem bastante opções, porém poderia ser mais variável.. pq as coisas se repetem. Mas está ótimo! Quarto sempre limpo e foi fantástico as artes que fazem com as toalhas, torna o ambiente mais receptivo e aconchegante. Parabéns! Da próxima vez ficarei dias aproveitando o hotel pq a estrutura é excelente! Ah uma dica que ouvi de outros hóspedes, o café da manhã se começasse às 6:30hs ajudaria muito devido a passeios. Só este ponto poderia ajustar.
