The room itself was very nice, spacious and comfortable. However from the minute we arrived things were chaotic. There was no parking, only a $70 a night valet option. Which was incredibly frustrating. Also the hotel is right across a pub which made things very loud and unsafe for people traveling with families.

Apparently if you don't show up by 9PM they give your room away to someone else. They did this to me. I ended up having to drive an hour away to find somewhere to sleep. Be warned - a reservation here, even if you've paid in full, doesn't mean they won't give away your room in a heartbeat if they get busy. Horrible experience.

Great stay! Warm and friendly staff, nice facilities, good (included) breakfast. Lovely neighborhood, walking distance from Amtrak station. Only drawbacks were that there was no housekeeping service (they had indicated that there would be a room refresh every other day but there wasn't anything during my 4-day stay), and parking is tricky nearby. Valet is costly, and there is no discount for the many expensive parking garages near the hotel. I will definitely return!
