3 oda olarak rezervasyon yaptırdık Hem rezervasyon aşamasında hem c/in sırasında talep ettiğimiz ek yataklar ve bebek yatağı 3.kez söylediğimizde geldi. Odalarda halıların üstü kıl ve lekelerle dolu, ayrıca kokuyor. Yataklar çökmüş, otel yatağı konforu kesinlikle yok. Otelcilik ev sahipliği demektir, girişte güleryüzle karşılanmak çok önemlidir ama maalesef… genel olarak bilgilendirme eksiği var mesela macera parkı için otoparktan geçebiliyorsunuz diyorlar ama p1-p2 hangisi olduğunu söylemiyorlar, buraya ilk kez gelen biri olarak bunu tahmin etmek çok zor. Havlu kart veriyorlar bununla havlunuzu alabilirsiniz diyorlar, elbette her otel gibi havlu standının havuz kenarında olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Ama geri dönüp spa’dan almamız gerekiyor gibi şeyler. Balkonlar koridorlar çok pis ! Oyun alanı çok dağınık ve pis. İçerisine çocuk tuvaleti yapmışlar ama asla kontrol edilmiyor. Mimari olarak çok güzel teknik olarak her şey çok iyi düşünülmüş fakat uygulama açısından kesinlikle otelcilik anlamında ehil birilerinin yönetmesi gerekiyor. Mutfak anlamında beklentinizi düşük tutarsanız memnun kalırsınız. İşletmesi otele ait olan badem cafedeki kadın yönetici arkadaş operasyonel anlamdaki sıkıntısını bizim yanımızda bağıra bağıra tartışmaktan ve oyun ablası hanımefendiyi ağlatmaktan hiç çekinmedi ! Lobby bardaki kızlarımız çok tatlı ve güler yüzlü.
