the location is awesome. great food within walking distance. also easy walk to the plaza de mayo and colon theater. they also had a nice breakfast in the mornings. Only negative was the building itself. I am guessing it is an old building, you could hear all the water in the walls people taking showers and flushing toilets etc. so it wasnt the most quiet place in the world but overall this was a nice place for a decent price and convenient location.

The hotel's facilities and rooms are good. However, the service at the reception and in the breakfast room was poor most of the time. The receptionists were not helpful or friendly. I stayed at the Merit San Telmo for 7 days and never saw a smile or courtesy from the receptionists. Fortunately, the maids were very friendly and professional.

Localização excelente, tamanho quarto muito boa, excelente acústica, cama excelente, porém o banheiro…. A saída de água então dava conta da entrada no chuveiro, inundava o banheiro todo… chegou a ir para o quarto. Ruidoso y el servicio lento.

La habitación muy ruidosa, se escuchaba el agua por las bajantes todo el tiempo, muy incómodo. Los de recepción no resolvieron sino hasta el otro día. El sifón de la ducha estaba tapado y se rebosaba el agua.
