Goed nieuw hotel, met mooie ruime kamers. Een fantastische wellness met schitterend uitzicht en ook de kinderen kunnen zich uitstekend vermaken in het kinderbad met glijbanen en speelkamers. Het restaurant viel wat tegen. Zorg ervoor dat je mag zitten in het algemene gedeelte en niet weggestopt wordt in een van de dode hoeken. Zeker als je wat later gaat eten, want dan zit je groot gedeelte van het diner helemaal alleen in een afgescheiden gedeelte van het restaurant. Verder is het advies om op tijd te gaan eten, want buffetten worden slecht aangevuld gedurende het diner. Dus veel is weg, als je later komt. De resten liggen er nog wel, zodat je precies weet wat je gemist hebt. Kwaliteit van het eten is goed en ook de restaurant manager heeft ons prima geholpen, met een betere tafel de 2e avond.

In einer Skala von 0 bis 10 geben wir 12 Punkte! Absolute Sauberkeit! Ob im Zimmer, Wellness, im ganzen Hotel. Große neu renovierte Suiten mit sehr guten Betten (Matratzen). Das Essen traumhaft. Gourmet Küche. Sechs Gänge. Kleine Portionen und bei Bedarf gibt es immer einen Nachschlag. Die Nachmittagsjause gab es von 13.00 bis 17.00 Uhr mit allen drum und dran. Einen sehr großzügigen Wellnessbereich mit speziell Saunaaufgüssen und verschiedenartige Fitnessprogramme mit Trainern. Mit hoteleigenem Bergführer. Die Mitarbeiter, vom Hausmeister bis zum Manager, verdienen ein Sonderlob. Bei all der Wanderei gibt es zur Abwechslung Bruneck (sehenswert) zum Shopping (30 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir waren 14 Tage da und können sagen, dass es einer unserer schönsten Urlaube war !!! Wolfgang und Helga Rimser
