Laura, the reservations manager, was very friendly and hospitable. We were greeted with a welcome drink. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view. The property is spectacular. We loved having dinner at the restaurant—the food and service was incredible. We loved everything about our stay.

This property was excellent. I will forever have fond memories of staying here. Quiet town an hour from Florence great to get away from it all but still close to the touristy areas. Walking around the Castle and the grounds was a joy and the giant rooms were very very comfortable. The manager was a pleasure to deal with and had great restaurant recommendations. There was 6 of us and we each got our own rooms and were able to hangout together in the spacious rooms or the billiards room

We arrived from Corsica by ferry and were thrilled to find this amazing hotel through Expedia. The warm welcome we received, along with our dog, made us feel right at home. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic—delicious and exquisite! It was a delightful evening, followed by a perfect night in a spacious and beautiful room. We can't wait to return! We booked a "superior" room but it looked out onto an adjacent building about 5 metres away. We requested a better room which was declined. The lighting in the bedroom was awful: a floor lamp about 1 metre high and two small bedside lamps. The room safe wouldn't open since the batteries had to be replaced. It was very light and rested above the fridge so a thief could easily take it away. The restaurant was very expensive (eg. 31 euros for a sea bass). The shutter to the main window wouldn't close properly but that was resolved,

Kamer was schoon alleen bij open maken van de badkamer zat de wc ertegen aan. Airco was luidruchtig. Onze kamer lag achter het gebouw. Eerder een perseelskamer dan een gastenverblijf. Restaurant Bistro was goed, ontbijt netjes en lekker. Zwembad aanwezig. Lange laan om bij receptie te melden. Jammer van de tenten voor bij ingang landgoed, past niet bij de accommodatie. Verder is het een bijzondere locatie, maar boek niet de kamers van 30m2. Boek minimaal de 60m2 kamer
