Room with no view

Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)

Das Hotel ist das, was man sucht! Ein tolles Hotel mit schönem Wellnessbereich, hervorragendem Essen und perfektes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war super schön, super sauber und gemütlich. Die Aufteilung im Resort in mehrere Häuser und dem Infinitypool und Wellnessbereich ist toll. Alles ist so liebevoll gestaltet! Das Abendessen ist ein Traum, das Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle so herzlich und lieb! Wir sind als Paar gereist und hatten unseren wirklich großen Hund dabei, das war kein Problem, auch zu ihm waren alle super freundlich.

Prima hotel met heerlijk ontbijt. Mooi ruim chalet met prachtige badkamer. jammer dat alle informatie op en rondom het park alleen in het italiaans beschreven staat. Zelfs het evaluatieformulier, terwijl bekend was dat we deze taal niet spraken, was in het italiaans. Niet klantvriendelijk voor buitenlandse gasten. Veel personeelsleden spraken gelukkig engels.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage in sonniger Berglage.

Prima Hotel, tolle Zimmer, super Wellnessbereich. Sehr kinderfreundlich, aber Kinder dürfen nur bis 17:30 Uhr in den Swimming-Pool. Hotel-Restaurant ist gut bis befriedigend.
