Love, love, love this inn. Amazing property in a beautiful village. Lots of great, easy walking spots. There is a bus from Dorchester station that takes you to a stop right next to the inn. YES!! Also, the food and drinks at the inn are a homerun plus. Love, love, love this place.

A lovely night's stay. Excellent food in restaurant/bar. Friendly and attentive service by staff and owners. Comfy room with plenty of space. Perhaps lacking some of the character of some of the other rooms, but this was clear from the description when booking. Enjoyed strolling round the very picturesque village and old Abbey area of Cerne Abbas.

Good room, next to the pub. Breakfast was good, but felt the dinner was a bit overpriced. Good service - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, beware - there is also a New Inn in Dorchester (about 10 miles away), which comes up first in Google Maps. Make sure you go to the right one!
