The TV was on and room was at a comfortable temperature upon arrival. Became pillows were comfortable. Location was great: close to everything we wanted, but on a quiet street that appeared to be in a safe neighborhood. The one real complaint is the beds are too high for people that are short in stature or those that use a walker or wheelchair.
