Absolutely fabulous staff. Dana checked us in and was super. Perhaps the most helpful and friendly staff we’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Gorgeous courtyard. Elegant breakfast room and food. Great location. We’ll be back.

Reception staff were lovely and very helpful, its a beautiful building and a real treat to stay in something so historic, everything was cleaned to a very high standard so no complaints, the beds could do with a nice topper on them and pillows could be a better quality but I am being picky, would I stay here again absolutely yes and it was our second time staying so there maybe even a third stay, thank you to all the staff.

It's a very charming hotel in the middle of Seville downtown. It has a very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely courteous. It is in a walkable part of the old town area of Seville which is very convenient during the stay. Cars cannot get directly to the front door of the hotel, plan on an approximately 5-8 minute walk.

We stayed at the off site apartment which was very conveniently located in old town, adjacent to the Jewish quarter. The apartment was clean and the service was wonderful. I would definitely stay with Casa del Poeta again❣️
