Great location near shops and restaurants. Room was clean, adequately supplied and quiet. The hotel lobby was large and inviting with tables and chairs as well as as large sofas to relax. We loved the free coffee and the aperitivo hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfectly located for all tourist sites. Highly recommend Banks Antwerp.

Straightforward and modern hotel in a very central location easy to explore the old town of Antwerp and the river area. Little by way of facilities in the hotel. Breakfast and drinks are served in the lobby lounge but there’s nothing else and no food available after breakfast. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets in local distance though so not an issue. The room was compact but clean and modern. I would have appreciated a small fridge/mini bar in the room for the price point of the room and lack of facilities downstairs.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city, walkable to many tourist sites and local shops & cafes. It’s modern and welcoming with well set up systems, such as how to get into the hotel after hours. We found it to also be very generous - a happy hour every evening provided sparkling wine and snacks, and there was also an honesty bar we could get drinks from. Or room was also well set up with all we needed. We had a balcony that overlooked the nearby square, with views across to the cathedral. Banks was the perfect place from which to head out and explore the city. Would recommend.

The hotel is good but only if you are happy staying in rooms with very few soft edges. The bedrooms are small, which is fine, but the design is all hard surfaces which is not hugely comfortable. The lighting in the room is minimal which can be a little frustrating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited but there is definitely enough and what there is was nice.
