We greatly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Natura hotel. We had an amazing room that overlooked the ocean and pools. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The restaurant staff, pool staff and front desk were top notch. Our room was clean, the beds and pillow were comfortable. We ate at the natural pool beer house for breakfast Buffett and dinner and thought the food was tasty. Unfortunately we had too short of stay and were not able to enjoy some of the amazing amenities at this facility. We hope to come back some time and enjoy more of the amenities. We would highly recommend to others. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent location in Puerto Moniz. Parking can be difficult. They give you passes to the natural pool which is right below the hotel. You can walk to the lava pools. Daily breakfast is excellent - made to order omelets, pancakes etc. good variety, excellent waterside view. Employees are helpful and friendly. I loved my stay here. It was peaceful. I also loved all the little goodies they gave you - welcome drink, water bottle, homemade jam etc.

The staffs were amazing, gave us a little gift on our checkout. They were very attentive, kind, and amazing. It was the best hospitality in Madeira (funchal hotels were horrible in comparison). The room was nice and clean, with amazing (at night a little bit scary) view of the ocean and waves. I highly recommend!

After a big day hiking and sightseeing, we relaxed in the hotel and took in the spectacular view. We had half board so dinner was at the Beer House and it was really good with a great selection on the menu

A wonderful hotel with fabulous views of the sea. Huge rooms with big, comfy beds and large balconies overlooking the sea. The rooftop infinity pool, hot tub and sauna is wonderful also; there is free access to the clifftop natural pools too. The food is exceptional of fine dining quality and the half board option is excellent value, not too be missed! All of the staff are friendly, kind and helpful, they really care and want to ensure you have a great stay.  Highly recommended!
