I rate this a 10/10 hotel in Hamburg. Value for your money, and then some! Super kind and helpful staff, perfect rooms, very well sorted and good breakfast. Restaurant and breakfast in the coolest marine surroundings you can imagine. Will stay here again, for sure! Thanks Ameron Speicherstadt.

This hotel is centrally, located very close to several restaurants and other activities, very clean, presenting for an overall excellent stay. We only got breakfast for one of the two days we were here, and although it was a bit overpriced, it was excellent and in a stunningly beautiful room with buffet style serving with a wide array of fresh and delicious choices. Parking was conveniently located next to the hotel for about $25 per day. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Good location. Helpful staff. Excellent lounge/gym/relaxation area!We have been to 8 cities on this trip and this is the only hotel that didn't have shampoo, in room coffee, or refrigerator. Great hotel but they should provide these items even if they have to charge a bit more. We didn't need the mini bar but coffee and shampoo were needed.

Room was beautiful and modern with a perfect view of the canal and steeple that are famous in Hamburg. Restaurant service was spotty but food was very good and convenient within the hotel.

Best hotel that I have ever stayed in in Hamburg. Location, layout, cleanliness, design - all top notch. Compared to the average American hotel room the size of the rooms might be a tick small, but they make up for it in every other category. Whenever I come back to Hamburg I won't stay anywhere else.

My room was spotless, comfortable and well designed. The staff is what really made our stay special. We were greeted with personal attention and smiles and they made us feel warm and accommodated. Especially the young black man at the front desk, quiet and professional yet warm and on task.
