Very beautiful and cosy hotel. The room was clean, but a little bit old. Breakfast was fantastic! The only thing we did’t like was the bath room; there was no air changing vent inside.

Modern hotel close to the centre of the town. Amazing breakfast. My only complaint is that I forgot all my underwear in my room and the cleaners threw them in the trash.

6/10 Good

The hotel is located in an acceptable area. Some hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and others not so much. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety. In our room we could smell that it had been smoked in. The room is clean and comfortable, but a little out dated, with a shower in the bath tub. Three and a half star hotel and not four.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic! As was the food in the restaurant but the ambiance in the restaurant was a bit boring and I think they would have more customers if it was more inviting. Overall, great location to walk to all the historic areas and fantastic food and service

The room was big and very nice! Clean and fresh! We got an extra bed for our 3 year old and still had plenty of space around. Breakfast was really good with many options. The location is also great, tram was just outside the hotel but could also walk easily to the historic centre

The property is ideally located in the heart of Prague. Major tourist sites and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The staff are very helpful and housekeeping does a good job at keeping the room clean. Breakfast is also a great value. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider for a future visit.
