Buffet excelent par contre pas de climatisation dans les appartements uniquement salle de séjour le personnel à l'accueil n'était pas vraiment sympathique et les serveurs du restaurant non plus. Attention le wifi n'est gratuit que dans le hall de l'hôtel. Sinon animations très sympa pour les enfants

Lovely family hotel
2nd time staying here, lovely family hotel spent 10 days in an apartment which has a separate pool area behind a locked gate which is great as it gives you the choice of the busier hotel pools or the relaxing private pool. Food was good plenty of choice. There is a very good water park just a block away. Was able to get a late checkout which was great as we had a late flight

Excellente prestation concernant les repas compris (à volonté et pour tous les goûts )
Par contre les appartements de l'hôtel sont désastreux niveau insonorité. On avait l'impression que les voisins étaient dans notre salle de bain ou dans la pièce d'à côté.
C'est le seul point négatif que je trouve à cet hôtel.
La prochaine fois on testera l'hôtel côté chambres et non les appartements.

Отель странный, если честно. Вроде как 4+, но выглядит на 3- )) Снимали 2 комнатные апартаменты: чисто, но мебель убогая, на кроватях - пружинные матрасы, чуть лучше тех, которые у меня в пионерлагере были 25 лет назад, номер небольшой, спальни расположены рядом друг с другом, санузел совмещенный, ванной нет, только душ. Сервиса какого-то в отеле нет: мы приехали с ребенком, тремя чемоданами - нам на ресепшене сказали, что ваш номер такой-то и идите к нему в том направлении, там разберетесь. Никого с нами не послали, чтобы хотя бы объяснил куда идти, а с первого раза найти номер непросто - указателей мало и вся территория разделена заборами, кажды из которых на замке (( Сервиса, в общем, как такого нет. Были в середине октября, купаться на улице уже сложно, пошли в бассейн под крышей - их два и оба платные (это у меня такой первый опыт в жизни, чтобы на территории гостиницы нужно было платить за бассейн отдельно - 10 евро с человека). Wifi тоже платный и медленный и подключить к одному паролю можно только 1 девайс. В общем, у меня сложилось впечатление путешествия во времени, как будто оказался лет эдак на 5 назад в районе Сочи. Завтраки средненькие, но ужин, надо отдать должное хороший. Детский клуб тоже нормальный.
Пляж через дорогу, пляжная полоса широкая, длинной километра три.

Отличное местоположение и еда
Проживали в данном отеле в середине октября в апартаментах с одной спальней. Отель сам по себе очень большой, но многие зоны имеют свой закрытый вход, в том числе зона апартаментов. Это является плюсом за счет тишины и малого кол-ва людей у бассейна. Номера далеко не новые и требуют ремонта. В спальне нет тв и кондея, что может быть важно летом. В номере нет чайника, а только кофеварка, которая гораздо менее удобна в использовании. Очень большой плюс отеля это еда. Мы жили по системе НВ - великолепный ресторан, выбор блюд. К сожалению, отель не дает бесплатного входа в зону Aquum, хотя бы на 1 раз.

What a terrible holidat start!
I would have given this hotel " zero" mark, if I could. Arrived yesterday late night with my hubby and 7 year-old twins. We booked two bedroom apartments via hotels.com well in advance and everyone was looking forward to thus holiday! After we checked in and walked to the apartment, we realized there was just one bedroom. I called reception and first they tried to convince me that sofa in the kitchen represents 2nd bedroom. Then they said there are no other apartments available and I should wait until their manager comes in the morning. It took the staff two hours in the middle of the night o collect pillowa and blankets for my kids so tha they could get some sleep. Next morning I spent one hour talking to extremely unpolite and unhelpful reception staff - Diana and Oscar, who kindly offered me another apartment but without air-condirioner. Just s joke, when it's 30+ degrees outside. It took me one hour to convince them to bring in their manager, and then another hour to convince him we are entitled to get the room we booked and paid for. I am very disappointed about our welcome and will never come back to this place again.

les appartements sont spacieux et très propres. Ce complexe est idéalement placée non loin de Tarragone,de PortAventura et à deux pas de la mer. la restauration, de qualité moyenne, est très diversifiée.Par contre le personnel n est pas du tout aimable, le SPA et la Wifi sont excessivement chers

Excellent séjour
Un premier séjour en 2012 nous avait comblé de satisfaction. Pour ce pont de l'Ascension nous avions promis à nos petits enfants de les amener à Port Aventura en complément de cadeau de leur anniversaire. Un logement pour 5 personnes n'est pas toujours facile à trouver et sur un rappel de nos petits, qui avaient déjà participé au premier séjour, nous sommes revenus au complexe ESTIVAL PARK. Une fois encore nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 jours.
Nous y reviendrons.

Très bonnes vacances dans cet établissement ! L appartement était moyen pour un 4 étoiles, par contre le buffet etait parfait. Le personnel très agréable. J y retournerai sûrement !

Service qualité,un vrai savoir faire petits bémols
Les différents services sont vraiment de qualité, accueil, repas, ménage, spa. Petits bémols concernant le mini-club, sur une semaine toujours les même activités proposées aux enfants (jeux exterieurs, et coloriage) et concernant la sécuritée quand j'ai déposé mes filles un petit gamin essayait de s'échapper par un coin de la strucuture, c'est moi qui ai interpellé l'animatrice!!! Ca ça craint!!! Les animations soirée moyennes ( spectacle de magie 2 soirs de suite) sinon la possibilité de varier d'un hotel à l'autre permet quand même de choisir le thème de la soirée, ce qui est plutôt pas mal. Attention à la douche dans les appartements par très sécurisée, glissade assurée à la sortie... Les marché à faire le mardi celui de Salou, le jeudi Tarragone(TOP!!!) et le vendredi c'est à coté de l'hôtel. Par contre très déçue de ma réservation chez hotel.com problème à l'arrivée pour accéder à ma réservation et l'option spa décrite n'était pas indiquée sur le doc envoyé à la receptionde l'hotel...

Дорогие туристы! Буду писать как есть.Нас отдыхало трое.Я, моя жена и сын (2,7 год а). Мы снимали апартаменты. Это лучший Вариант, чем просто номер. Отдельная территория, отдельный бассейн и соответсвенно тише, так как главные мероприятия проходят в главном корпусе. Еда хорошая! В шаговой доступности пляж и так же аквапарк. Два хороших супермаркета рядом.Один налево,другой направо!До Port Aventura 5 минут езды от отеля.Внутри отеля хороший спа-центр и бассейн с соленой термальной водой. Уборка каждый день!Вообщем рекомендую.Я сюда точно еще приеду. Мы были в отеле с 3 по 14 октября и всегда погода была 24-26 градусов ( с 11 до 16),мы загорали!

отличный семейный отдых
1) прекрасный семейный отдых - много развлечений для детей рядом с отелем (например, аквапарк), в отеле тоже (детский клуб, аниматоры)
2) кхорошее местечко: зелено, красиво, чисто, отличный пляж
3) почти все испанцы в округе гвоворят по-русски (кому-то это может оказаться важным)
4) неплохое транспортное сообщение
