Beautiful, quirky hotel with high quality rooms and public spaces. We had a front facing large room with thoughtful touches like complimentary water, proper coffee and plenty of milk. The breakfast was outstanding. A full choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, breads and great selection of cooked options. So central to all of Dundee's amenities.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is located in the heart of Dundee, walkable to many shops and restaurants. Parking was a city lot next door and was inexpensive. The staff was friendly and our room was very nice and clean. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was either a complimentary continental or off the menu (prices were reasonable).

10/10 Exceptional

We had a great time, my only slight constructive feedback was the rooms were too hot and you couldn't turn down the heat so it was a hot nights sleep However, you had everything you could need. The room was spotless and spacious, beautiful bathroom, free WiFi and the chrome cast was the biggest bonus! Loved having a drink downstairs in the bar too. Staff are friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

6/10 Good

Great location in Dundee, near to transport links and all tourist spots, bars and shops are within a short walking distance. Staff are excellent here and we felt really welcomed and well looked after. Unfortunately the hotel is past its best and in desperate need of a refurb, new carpeting and a lick of paint.
