The beach set up is amazing!! The beach crew are so helpful and attentive! If you prefer a pool, they have two — adult and family. Both are lovely and the crew at both are wonderful! Umbrellas, chaises, tables — are plenty!! The restaurants on property are wonderful!! BLT is an awesome steakhouse with food and service A+++!! If you prefer Italian, Nonna’s is for you!! Sushi is available at Noori which is located in the lobby by the wonderful lobby bar!! Something for everyone!!

6/10 Good

They made us wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to give the room. We arrived around 1:30pm, had lunch, had a drink at the bar. Still made us wait until exactly 4:00pm for the room. Food at the property was average in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice trip, beach was awesome. I was just expecting a little bit more for paying the premium staying at the Ritz.

Best service ever! This was our second visit to Aruba and chose the Ritz Carlton this visit and it did not disappoint. We have never stayed at a resort where all service employees went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Beautiful property and best restaurants to dine. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and received an upgraded room and other amenities upon arrival. We will definitely come again.
