A room with a view - from the 12th floor over the city. Single room a bit cramped, but functional. Somehow air-conditioned, but without possibility of regulating the temperature, as far as I could tell. Great breakfast. Close to railway station. Building works in the area, but the room was pretty soundproof.

Quality hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Unfortunately, their central air can’t keep up with the green house type building (windows are floor to ceiling) so the room was hot way beyond comfort. The friendly and helpful staff tried to remedy this, but failed. Happy to stay there in the autumn/winter, but never during sunny months again.

Hotel was great and perfect location for walking to local attractions! They offer free coffee, tea, water, soda, and snacks all day long. There is no air conditioning but fans are provided and rooms were very comfortable. Lobby is a great place to hang out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Last time I stayed one night and I wasn’t happy about the fact that no fridge/minibar was in the room. This time I stayed two nights and in addition to the missing minibar/fridge there has been the missing of the cleaning on the second day. Nothing was mentioned during the check-in. Really 4 star-hotel?

Koldt på værelset, brandalarm gik kl 02.30 og hele hotellet skulle evakueres dårlig til at informere hvad der skete og hvornår man måtte gå ind igen, fik ikke sovet meget den nat og det eneste der var et skriv ved morgen buffeten om natten det var alt. For dårlig information og håntering af episoden om natten.

Utrolig dårlig skiltning til hotellet og en endnu dårligere skiltning til en parkeringskælder der var overfyldt, så det blev til en parkering i Bruuns Bazar. Havde glemt skraberen derhjemme og blev mødt af ´vi har desværre ikke flere til gæsterne, så prøv Netto´. Da vi kom ned med elevatoren for at spise morgenmad, stod der 4 tøser i receptionen, som havde mere travlt med at tale om drenge, så ingen kunne sige godmorgen, selv på tiltale. Morgenmaden kunne ikke følge med gæsterne og manglede opfyldning flere steder. Bake-off brød var prikken over skuffelser i en jænt kedelig morgenmad.
