Great stays for locals
Hotel designed for locals to scape to. They are not used to having international guests. There was very limited English spoken or understood by staff, strict Kosher and Shabot practices, several small things missing you’d expect from a high end international hotel like easy access room service, online restaurant menus, online or printed out complete activities schedule, and general service availability hours posted.

Ultimate in relaxation, comfort and good food!
Most relaxing stay. Friendly service. Excellent food, grounds and spa. After an unavoidable small accident at breakfast, staff rushed to assist, note details. Hotel security and the PR manager Jacob took notes and were extremely attentive to feedback even refunding the breakfast charge and giving us a small gift when we checked out. Impressive?

Amazing!
I had a wonderful vacation. The pools and facilities are lovely and the views are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially "UDI" the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my request for a wine tasting in English with their sommelier. The breakfast was fabulous and the dinner was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cramim- my happy place in Jerusalem!

The place sure has a luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, good sound insulation, and great view. A big variety at the breakfast buffet, the eggs are served per order (We had the poached eggs Benedict), deserts are somewhat disappointing. Dinner is a different story, As my wife does not eat any sea products including fish, the variety of meat options was very limited for a hotel of its high class. The meat dishes were tasteless, unseasoned and unless requested, were all at rare doneness state. Overall, the dinner was not worth neither the experience nor the price.
