This hotel is good location just in front of main station and breakfast excellent. Good rating overall. But wifi doesn’t load well and no amenities provided.

Because we were travelling by train the hotel was excellently located. And although it is very near the station the room Wes very quiet with a great view across the river to the Bundestag. It is also within walking distance of the Bundestag and Brandenburg gate as well as being on the route for the hop on hop off busses.

The Steigenberger Hotel Am Kanzleramt (hard name to remember!) by the Berlin Hauptbahnhof is excellent. Very convenient location, nice rooms and a great spa which is complimentary for hotel guests. I've stayed here twice, and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Berlin!

The property is directly across from Berlin (HBF) train station. Very convenient for going in all different direction and exploring Berlin. The room was air conditioned but like most German hotels they don't seem to keep up with what I am accustomed to. Overall, very good experience with hotel and staff.

We stayed at Steigenberger Hotel Berlin for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, especially for travelers arriving by train, as it is very close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided, and we appreciated the easy access to Berlin’s main attractions. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a superb location.

The food at breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, the hotel was immaculately clean and the spa was so relaxing. However I would add that it was our honeymoon and I had emailed ahead to let them know this as I ordered champagne and nibbles for our room to surprise my husband. Not one person at the hotel acknowledged our honeymoon - I wasn’t expecting it to cost them anything but a message in the room or a well wish from staff would have been nice! It felt like any normal city break in Berlin which was a real shame! We got engaged in the Steigenberger in Cairo and they were so happy for us. I was really disappointed that it didn’t feel special.
