This hotel is a great choice for Kanazawa. It is in an excellent location and the staff are extremely kind and thoughtful. There are lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance and it’s near all the main sites.

We loved our stay here. It was walkable to the Chayo districts, Kanazawa Castle, and great shopping.
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, it was always a pleasure to see and interact with them.
The mineral hot spring and sauna were great features too, we used them every night of our stay.

Great location for walking to Chaya district, the castle and the big garden. The baths were lovely and the breakfast was great!

In my opinion, the carpeting could use some facelift and update within the room.:
The staff was helpful and did speak a moderate amount of English.
We enjoyed the hot mineral Raul spring right within the hotel that was an added perk.
On the whole, it was relaxing, comfortable and very well located to restaurants and the market.

The Team of the Hotel is amazing, on top..for the rainy days and Kanazawa is the City with most rain in Japan the Hotel offers an ˋOnsenˋ and a Sauna… and it is perfectly located.
