Great hotel for short break in Foz

Nice hotel within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. The pool and bar were just the ticket after a long day sightseeing. Short taxi to Paraguay border and a bus ride to Argentinian side of the falls.

Me hospedei recentemente e, de forma geral, tive uma boa experiência. A localização do hotel é excelente, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O primeiro quarto em que ficamos apresentou um problema no vaso sanitário, mas a equipe prontamente nos realocou para outro, resolvendo a situação com agilidade. O quarto era simples, mas limpo, com cama confortável, bons cobertores e um chuveiro quente e de boa pressão. O serviço de quarto também funcionou bem durante toda a estadia. O estacionamento é um pouco limitado, mas conseguimos utilizá-lo sem maiores dificuldades. Destaque para o atendimento da equipe, sempre atenciosa e prestativa. Apesar de não ser um hotel novo, oferece conforto e um bom custo-benefício.

Boa, mas acho que a piscina merece uma reforma, pois no meio tem um desnível que pode gerar um acidente, e em relação ao quarto, o colchão precisa ser substituído, ja que está bastante antigo, com deformidades, que prejudicam o repouso.

Excelente localização! Região movimentada e segura, com bares e restaurantes próximos. Ótimo café da manhã. Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável. Por falta de informações mais precisas, tivemos um desencontro com o transfer de cortesia que nos tinha sido oferecido na chegada, porém, o funcionário do hotel foi super prestativo, e conseguiu realocar a cortesia para o transfer da volta ao aeroporto, com isso, proporcionou a nós um maior conforto. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Adorei o hotel e recomendo.

Hotel satisfatório.

O hotel foi nível médio. Apresentou problemas no ar condicionado no primeiro quarto, e um pequeno entupimento no ralo da pia. Fomos realocados para outro quarto onde as condições eram satisfatórias também. O quarto não tinha 3 camas de solteiro como solicitado na reserva inicial. Possuía uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro. A posição da cama de casal não tinha tomada para carregar o celular, e a luminária ficava no presa no logo acima do travesseiro. Isso mostra que o quarto não foi projetado para aquela configuração que se tornava incomoda.

No geral a estadia foi boa! Um ponto a melhorar seria incluir um bebedouro na academia e o café da manhã iniciar as 06:00, pois no dia que tivemos passeio (que era cedo 7:00, 7:20) o café fica muito corrido iniciando as 06:30.
