The service is good and the social areas are also good, very close to everything.
There were cockroaches under the mattress :( this was the worst... The breakfasts were very average, the room was poorly ventilated.

From the check ik i have problems since they try to give me twice a room diferent than the reservation, they never change the sheets, the towels were clean but really bad quality, and the room was really noisy, above it was a service room and all night the pump were running call to comply and do not have a solution

The actual hotel bore no resemblance to the images we had paid for, and it was below the three stars they claim to be.
Before check-in, the hotel staff insisted on additional fees per person for accident and theft insurance—an unusual request. When we declined, they had us sign a note acknowledging our refusal. Instead of the room we had paid for, we were assigned one across the street from the hotel. Once we saw the room they had given us, it became clear why they pushed for insurance; we felt unsafe there.
This room was in poor condition, no lift, with dirty surroundings, no towels, and beds that had rusted frames. The bathroom was infested with black mold and leftover tiny soaps. Furthermore, the entrance door didn’t close properly.
Attempting to cancel our reservation at the reception, they referred that we had to deal with the agency. we decided to stay one night as eventually, they moved us to another room, which unfortunately was also unclean and had a broken air conditioner. Located next to a very noisy street, where we couldn’t get any rest.
Despite having paid for meals, the dining experience was dreadful. As vegetarians, our only option was plain white rice. The swimming pool was unusable—part of it was under construction, and various groups played loud music without restraint. To add to our concerns, hotel staff warned us that our child could get injured in the pool.
After a sleepless night, we decided to switch to a different hotel the next morning.

El peor hotel
El peor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado. Las fotos de la página no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Llegamos a realizar check-in y tuvimos que esperar 3 horas porque las habitaciones no estaban listas y cuando pasamos a la habitación nos llevamos múltiples sorpresas. El piso estaba sucio, lleno de arena y pelos, la nevera estaba oxidada, las ventanas hacia la calle extremadamente sucias, con las cerraduras dañadas, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle lo que hacía prácticamente imposible dormir. El techo de la ducha parecía que se fuera a caer a causa de la humedad, las puertas no cierran bien y no tienen ninguna seguridad y para terminar HABÍA CUCARACHAS EN EL BAÑO. Además de eso, el desayuno no estuvo para nada bueno.
Sólo estuvimos una noche, al día siguiente decidimos retirarnos del hotel e irnos a otro muchísimo mejor, no quisimos que por culpa del hotel nuestra estancia en San Andrés se arruinara.
No estamos exagerando en el comentario, en realidad fue una experiencia horrible, no tomen este hotel sólo porque cuesta un poco menos. Elijan otro un poco más costoso, pero limpio. A menos que la suciedad no les moleste.

Es un hotel que muy seguramente en los anos 80's era de los mejores de la Isla, pero hoy en dia eso ya no lo es. No se dejen enganar de su ingreso que aun cuando se ve "bonito" la realidad es bien diferente. Habitacion con un terrible olor de humedad, un bano que daba de verdad pena usar de lo incomodo y viejo que era, lo unico bueno? es que si era amplia comoo se veia en la foto. Piscina? un poco cochina, banos comunes? mejor ni pensar a ir. Retaurante? si se le puede llamar asi daba de verdad pena, variedad cero! de la serie o comes esto o comes esto no hay mas! eso sin contar la calidad de los alimentos y que agregan agua en un balde para mezclarlo con el yogurt. Tranquilidad? ninguna! habia un grupo de personas maleducadas que seguramente de comportamiento en un hotel no conocen nada que tenian un stereo que sonaba fuertisimo en la piscina y lo lindo es que nadie del hotel les decia nada, todos borrachos se aduenaron de toda la piscina que no podia ser ne menos usada por los ninos y en la noche se iban a la recepcion a cantar y hablar todo fuerte que se escuchava desde todos los angulos del hotel, aunque si el ruido no era causado del hotel si me sorprendio que nadie del hotel les dijeran absolutamente nada!!!!. Lo unico bueno es la hubicacion, a solo 10 minutos a pie del aeropuerto y a 5 min. de la playa. De resto un hotel de olvidar!!!!! habia leido las recenzionies para nada buenas y pensaba que era exageracion pero son verdad. HOTEL DE EVITAR!

Las toallas sucias y se ven viejas, las cobijas sucias, las habitaciones se ven sin mantenimiento en pintura, piso, las instalaciones del hotel se ven muy descuidadas, pisos sucios, los desayunos siempre lo mismo, nada de variedad, el personal del restaurante nada amable, la atención es pésima, si hacen reserva por EXPEDIA después llegas al hotel y te cobran otro valor porque dicen que ellos manejan otros precios, me pasó a mi, la razón que me quedé era porque llegue en horas de la noche y ya no encontraba otro hotel, estaba con niños que estaban cansados, pero no recomiendo este hotel, pésimo servicio, pésima atención y pésima la comida.

Muy bien, mejor de lo que esperaba, sobre todo por el bajo costo del alojamiento, el día de llegada debían entregar la habitación a las 3 pm y me la entregaron inmediatamente llegué siendo apenas las 8 AM y eso me dejó muy contento y satisfecho ya que viajaba con dos bebés.

Aparentemente parece ser moderno, mas não é. Hotel bagunçado, pia do banheiro entupida, chuveiro quebrado, não tem água quente, não tem frigobar, café da manhã horrível e precário, quase nada de opção além de não ter nada gostoso. A fruta era só melão, verde e sem gosto. Não vale o preço que se paga caríssimo por não ter o mínimo de conforto.

Hotel horrível, péssimo.
O hotel é muito ruim. Quarto mofado, reboco da parede caindo, sujo, cabelos pelo chão, nas paredes do banheiro. Recepcionista muito antipáticas. Foi totalmente um grande erro escolher este hotel. Não recomendo.
