Our stay was very pleasant, the best thing was the ocean view we had from the room and the kindness of the staff. The breakfast was quite acceptable. As for the facilities, they are still closer to a 3-star category.

Wifi was incredible bad. Not working at all in the room and very bad in the loby as well. Rude guy in the reception when I asked for help.
Girl on the night shift was helpful though!

The room was cold and the AC was too noisy to run over night. Our room overlooked the rear which was overlooked by a block of flats with washing hanging out.

Nice hotel but doesn’t worth the price
Very nice hotel. Very nice sea view.
But the service is not a level expected in regards of the price. Swimming pool: you need to buy a cap at 5€. Sauna: was cold as the guy was too busy to turn it on. Parking: paid 10€ for hotel parking as the guy did not tell me there many free parkings around. Restaurant : he suggested 3 to me…all closed. Breakfast: good but to enjoy it on the room balcony you need to pay room service (even if I offered to take the plate by myself).

It did not met our expectations.
We have to wait almost 1 hours to be able to get access to our room because our reservation did not show in their system. The room is expensive if you compare with other hotel. It does not have the small refrigerator inside of the room.
It was not what we expected for the price we paid.

Frequente cet hotel depuis 10 ans pour le travail mais tout doucement les.chambres se degrade...robineterie etc... sauf les.prix qui ne se degrade.oas... vais essayer de trouver autre hotel dommage ,quand on a l Environment pour reussir on fait tout pour maintenir attention ...
