Porém tiveram algum pontos que afetaram a estadia: 1 - Fumantes na piscina: apesar de ser uma área aberta, acaba não sendo local apropriado, principalmente pela proximidade entre as mesas. 2 - Caixa de som na praia: o hotel dispõe de som próprio e mesmo assim as pessoas levam a sua caixa de som... ficavam dois sons ao mesmo tempo 3 - Crianças: O hotel menciona que permite crianças em algumas épocas do ano, mas acredito que seja liberado constantemente... uma vez que na divulgação do hotel, já mencionam que é um espaço para casais... 4 - Spa: O ambiente é bom, porém como não tem funcionário orientando, em horário de muita movimentação, acaba virando uma sala de bate papo, ou seja, um momento de relaxamento acaba virando mais um ambiente de descontração (para as outras pessas)

O hotel é bom, tranquilo, pé na areia e tem uma equipe cordial. Porém senti uma certa “ansia” de quererem lucrar com absolutamente tudo. Certas cortesias como água e café não custariam tanto para o hotel levando em consideração o alto valor da diária. As amenidades disponíveis não se comparam com de outros hotéis de excelência. Os restaurantes são ok, mas os pratos não valem o preço e o atendimento foi confuso algumas vezes (pedido anotado errado, demora para chegar bebidas na praia etc). É um bom hotel mas eu esperava mais. Entretanto a comodidade de estar em uma boa praia e não precisar ficar se deslocando pela ilha é um excelente motivo para se hospedar lá. Alem disso a suite é bastante confortável e o chuveiro é excelente.
