The staff were super helpful and the room was decent, however the age of property is beginning to show as some of the fixtures looked a little worn. It was disappointing that the pool was unavailable for use. I will definitely consider staying at the Radisson Blu MOA again as you can’t beat being connected to the mall.

We wanted to be close to the Mall of America, as we were flying into the area for the weekend, and that it was. There was a complimentary shuttle service to the airport; we didn't use it but still nice to have. Signs are all in the mall guiding you to the hotel. We got a great sized room with a pretty view of the more forested area. The hotel is modern and has a dark aesthetic which I loved. (Dimmest elevators I've ever been in) They keep mall guests separated by keycards for the elevator which is a nice safety measure. They could use some king sized pillows but overall, the stay was great and we had a great weekend at the Radisson Blu.
