6/10 Good

My room was 102 and it was very very small, not enough space to walk around. The bathroom and showers were small as well. The toilet didn’t flush. It seemed to be broken, the staff fixed it one day but continued not working at all. The staff is fantastic, very nice people.

I was charged an extra tax for no justifiable reason. That is unacceptable and wrong

2/10 Poor

I had a reservation made 2 reservation I room with 1 queen bed and 1 room with a king bed with a balcony for the room with the balcony and I even paid more for this room and I didn’t get to room with a balcony when I told the lady at the front desk she told me there was no more room with balcony available but I told that I had paid for that room and had a reservation she told me that was not her problem that she couldn’t do anything about that. So I’m requesting a refund on that room price that I paid for and didn’t get . Also the hotel lobby is very very noisy the staff talking all night u can hear EVERYTHING in your room that door bell ringing what’s to drive u crazy . It was a horrible stay I don’t sleep at with all the noise. I told to hotel staff about the noise level they didn’t care the person just brushed me off with what I was saying. Terrible terrible stay .
