Beautiful hotel. It’s a real palace. Very elegant and luxurious property . Comfortable and spacious rooms. Quiet. Great views of the mountains and the river. Helpful and Kind staff. Enjoyed the spa. Unfortunately the staff didn’t mention to me when I booked it that they had to close it earlier. We got charged for the full time but had to leave 25 minutes earlier.

we. recommend the property ,staff & property is excellent . beware to check the room air cinditioner room 105 did not work , they brought us a fan that helped. be sure to reqest a room on the event center side because with the windows open the pack of dogs in the village will keep you ip all night. not just a few barks , howling fighting yelping & barking all night . book this place it is great , just adk gor an event center side room & working air

Lo que más me duele es que llegue a cenar, y había una sola persona que me trató excelente, pero que estaba súper desbordada, y no era por falta de profesionalidad y destreza, que le sobraba, era porque tenía que atender muchos frentes y no daba hecho, mal por parte de la difeccion del hotel dejar un camarero solo para lo que tenía que hacer dos por lo menos.

Hotel muy bueno, hotels fatal

El hotel es bonito, se puede aparcar delante sin coste. Las habitaciones amplias, la cama para mi gusto con colchón muy blando. El personal muy amable y servicial. Lo único negativo es la gestión de hotels.com. En la app dan la opción de habitación doble de uso individual y la misma con circuito spa por poco más. Al llegar al hotel no les aparecía en la reserva el circuito spa, llamé a expedia y a ellos tampoco. En vez de revisar si era un fallo en su web me dijeron que solo podrían llamar al hotel pidiendoles permitirme usar el spa pago posterior por mi parte. Les pedí una hoja de reclamaciones y me la negaron. Si os aparece la misma opción, cuidado porque os quedaréis sin spa.
