improvements for Windsor Co;pa
although staff speaks English , comprehension might be a problem I asked for wake up calls, one day I got one, the other day nobody called also, I think I was given wrong info re international postcard stamps later that day as I left I saw on their reception desk in the corner a sign with the amount of stamps one needs. 3 people at the front desk didn't seem to know the info was right at their front desk walking maps with stores and hotels within the area would be helpful, otherwise ok

Great hotel, good value.
We went for the Olympics and they had great service. The doorman was always waiting for you and would assist you in finding a taxi. Also they had many workers that either spoke English very well or knew enough to easily talk to them. The walk to the beach is very nice, and there are several great restaurants right next to the hotel. I would definitely recommend the Windsor Copa to anyone visiting.

Excellent hotel (not luxury but very pleasant)
For its category (fine, but not luxury), this hotel is excellent. Wifi was very fast and never let us down in four days using it. Service is great, staff is very efficient and polite. Breakfast is very good, with lots of quality options. Room service was efficient and the food was good. Just one short block from Copacabana beach. Very central, lots of transportation options.
