Honestly, this was the worst accommodation in my life.
I booked this place for my colleagues as we were in Leeds for a long business trip. We chose an apartment instead of a hotel mainly because having a washing machine and kitchen would make a longer stay much easier.
Unfortunately, the place was extremely dirty. The washing machine and microwave were so dirty that we didn't even want to use them. The chairs, beds and bedding also didn't feel clean at all. Even the towels provided were old, worn out and didn't look properly clean.
For three days we couldn't even use one of the showers because the water wouldn't drain. We asked for the apartment to be cleaned again, but they didn't send a proper cleaner. Someone eventually came with basically just a broom, which obviously didn't solve anything.
For the amount we paid, I really don't think this is acceptable.
The building itself also seems very poorly maintained. The glass in the ground floor lounge was badly broken, and one of the two lifts was out of service during our stay.
We came to Leeds for work and unfortunately this accommodation really affected our experience of the whole trip. I genuinely have to ask the host – would you let your own family stay here in this condition?
Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price.
