Such a comfortable bed! The hotel is well located on the River with a really nice patio rooftop pool and sitting area. The best thing about the hotel is the friendly and accommodating staff. They made all kinds of arrangements for us including a cab who walked to the hotel at 4:30am and helped us with our luggage and transportation to the airport. To make it even sweeter, they packed a to go breakfast for us!

The property is located in the heart of old Ljubljana and is very convenient to everything. The room was fine, though a bit chilly or clammy for mid-September, The in-room carpet needs cleaning or shampooing. An excellent breakfast was included. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The Room was extremely small, and hot!! AC was Set at 23c and cold not Be changed. Tiny Bathroom had a sliding door and Walls were Glass so zero privacy despite The curtsin. The safety box closet was, dirty. We asked For cleaning, which happened. At breakfast table there was a dirty cleaning rag, which we asked to Be removed. Two dirty rubber glowes were left on our clothes on our room. When I showed a picture of those at The reception , I was asked "arent those your gloves?!!" We left The last day before The breakfast was open. We were promised a packed breakfast, which we didn't get. The comment from The reception was that someone forgot to make them. The actual breakfast was very nice and The hotel has a good location.

Hotel location is great, very central but the hotel feels very tired and in need of some TLC. I’m sure the interior was once wonderful but in 2026 the hotel feels a bit dingy and in need of refurbishment. The rooms don’t feel the cleanest and we had various issues - air con not working, side lamps not working and electrical wiring taped together. The restaurant staff work hard and the breakfast is great. Overall the hotel is fine but could be so much better.

The property is situated in a great location which is close to the popular attractions. It has a nice restaurant and bar with outside seating along the canal. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Luka. We would come back again.

Great property right in the old town. Staff couldn't of been more helpful. The food and the breakfast were plentiful and freshly made. 😋 Only downside was the shower leaked badly and the floor was soaking wet. I did mention this and they are aware of the problem. Would stay again and recommend.

Excellent location right on the river in the old town next to bars and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy with a modern bathroom however there was a smell that came from the water, the room was also way too warm so had the windows open a lot. Breakfast was outstanding, I had the avocado and egg on toast and it was delicious. Also really appreciate the late check out time.

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff was kind, helpful and understanding. Tiny touches were missing, like drinking glasses were put directly on the counter, without coasters. Hairdrier was not working. There were no extra towells by the pool, the pool adjacent area looks like a storage. The quality of coffee machines both in the room and at breakfast should be improved. A selection of teas in the room would be nice.

Great hotel, even better restaurant

This hotel had a great location. The young girl on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The food at the accompanying restaurant was excellent... Probably one of the best meals we had on our trip!
