Overall a wonderful stay. A special shoutout for the receptionist who was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Staff at breakfast was also very attentive and friendly. Breakfast options were good and quality of food was good. I believe we also met the owner / manager of the hotel on both days who greeted us and asked how we were finding everything. All other staff we came across were also lovely. The hotel is conveniently located nearby to Islamabad Airport and provides a free shuttle service. The hotel was clean and comfortable, however more attention should be given towards disabled facilities (toilet, handrails, shower stools/chairs etc). The wi-fi also wasn’t very good unfortunately with slow speed and poor connectivity. Otherwise a good stay!
