The hotel is conveniently located very close to Tašmajdan Park. Knez Mihailova Street is approximately a 20–25 minute walk away, and the city center can also be reached easily within 10–15 minutes by public transportation from a nearby stop.
We were very satisfied with the hotel and its facilities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and very enjoyable. The only suggestion we have is to include more gluten-free options and sugar-free desserts made with natural sweeteners, which would make the breakfast experience even better.
It would also be preferable if smoking were not allowed in the indoor bar area; however, this seems to be quite common in Belgrade, as smoking is permitted in many indoor spaces.
Aside from that, everything was excellent. We would especially like to thank Mavis and her colleagues in the breakfast area, as well as Jovana at the reception and the other staff member, Michela, for their kindness and professionalism. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

You can't advertise SPA CENTRE at the hotel - when is closed . The sole reason for booking this hotel is that they are offering SPA centre within hotel as a part of the stay . At the hotel they simply said it's closed until the end of the month . What a waste of money , the hotel management is not good at all , its Christmas, festive season and there is absolutely nothing happening at the hotel , no any even most modest entertainment - nothing . All you get is a very expensive room . Very disappointing place .

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location and the entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. I don't think you can do much better than this hotel in all of Belgrade.

We booked in for 1 night, so didnt have time to use the spa or the gym. However, its an impressive hotel with a who's who of celebrities such as Tito to Mark Hamill. If we get a chance to return, we'll definitely stay here again
