In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back

Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig und sauber, aber wich deutlich von der Webside Abbildung ab. Wir hatten Zimmer 318, war das wirklich das von uns gebuchte Superior Ostertalblick? Leider trübte der antiautoritäre Erziehungsstil einiger Familien deutlich den Wohlfühlcharakter des Hotels, sei es im Restaurant, wie auch im Pool, Sauna- und Wellnessbereich. Das Pool haben wir daher gar nicht genutzt. Selbst in der Sauna war das Getöse unüberhörbar. Hier wünschten wir uns ein notwendiges Durchgreifen des Personals, wenn schon die Eltern nicht agieren. So haben wir uns mitunter wie auf Kinderfreizeit und fehl am Platz gefühlt. Das ist schade, war doch die Küche, das Frühstück und gerade das Abendbuffet sehr gut und das Servicepersonal fleißig. Die Köche und das Servicepersonal, wie auch die Gäste ohne Kleinkinder hätten aber statt der Turbulenzen mehr Respekt verdient. Daher wenigstens von uns hier auf diesem Wege einen großen Dank an den Koch für sein hervorragendes Essen! Hierfür alleine sind 5 Bewertungssterne angebracht! Vorallem auch danke dafür, dass er sich um unseren an Zöliakie erkranken Sohn vorbildlich und professionell gekümmert hat und ihm jeden Abend persönlich das Buffet auf Optionen hin erklärt, oder sogar für ihn separate Speisen zubereitet hat. So war glutenfreies Essen an den 4 Tagen kein Problem. Aufgrund der unruhigen Atmosphäre jedoch, müssen wir die Bewertung niedriger halten und werden das H+ Hotel Willingen nicht mehr buchen.

Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und ok. Insgesamt aber optisch sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Unter dem Sofa lag ein ziemlich kleiner Teppich. Die Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen- sie waren ganz, was aber nicht dem Wohlfühlen entspricht, welches wir uns wünschten. Die komplette 2 Zimmer Wohnung war mit Terrakotta Farbenen Fliesen . Es gab direkt am Schlafzimmer eine separate Toilette. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, eine Einbauküche gut bestückt

Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber, die Therme war sehr gut genauso wie der Indoorspielplatz. Das Frühstück war gut gestaltet aber es gab einige Herausforderungen mit sauberem Geschirr, die Teller und Gläser waren nicht immer komplett gereinigt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und nett.

Das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern war groß ! Es roch sehr unangenehm im Haus und es war nicht sauber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel! Die Bäder sind klein und abgewohnt und nicht sauber ! Für 4 Personen waren 2 Trinkgläser vorhanden. Atmosphäre beim Abendbrot ungemütlich wenn man 20 Minuten in der Schlange steht um etwas warmes zu bekommen ! Teller und Gläser waren öfters dreckig . Auch das man 8€ für den Parkplatz bezahlen muss steht nicht beim buchen oder auf der Website. Auf Hinweis das es nicht sauber war wurde einfach übergangen an der Rezeption. Schade für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ….

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unfreundlich gewesen und hat die Gastfreundlichkeit bei der Buchung über Expedia reduziert (ich war schon öfter dort und es wurde mir diesmal ausdrücklich gesagt dass es an der Buchung über Expedia lag) Appartement war schmutzig, Toilette lief nicht richtig ab, keine Tee/Kaffee/Wasser Grundausstattung vorhanden. Keine Terrassenmöbel. Im Hundezimmer kein Napf/Hundekorb oä Beim Check In wurde uns das hinzubuchen von Halbpension verwehrt, es sei zu voll! Heißt das Restaurant stand uns Dreien (1Kind) nicht zum Abendessen zur Verfügung und wir mussten (Feiertag) an der Tankstelle Essen zu Abend einkaufen, denn die Gaststätten im Umkreis/auch auf dem Gelände waren geschlossen Das Außenschwimmbecken (Therme) war bei 0Grad Außentemperatur auf ca 14 Grad KALT und konnte somit nicht genutzt werden Das Frühstück eher rar und nicht frisch, schmutzige Teller und weiches Eiweiß bei gekochten Eiern mit dem Schild "harte Eier" also diesmal bin ich unendlich enttäuscht und traurig dass ich so viel Geld für dieses Hotel ausgegeben habe! Die zwei Sterne bekommen ausdrücklich die Mitarbeiter am Empfang der Therme und des Indoor Spielplatzes sowie des Bistros der Therme! Für einen unglaublich guten Service und deren tatsächliche Freundlichkeit, immer wieder!!!

Wir hatten zwei nebeneinander liegende Appartments, die in einiger Entfernung zum Haupthotel lagen, sehr sauber, gemütlich und für Familien auch super ausgestattet waren. Allerdings wurden diese während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt, was aber unter Umständen bei Appartments auch üblich sein kann. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Haupthaus hatten wir auch immer einen Weg zum Frühstücksraum, der für meine 87 jährige Begleitung etwas beschwerlich war, denn dieser war mit einigen Stolperfallen bestückt, die auf jeden Fall behoben werden müssen. In meiner Buchung war auch nicht ersichtlich, dass wir in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht werden. Im Saunabereich des dazugehörigen Bad- und Sport- und Spazentrums Splash sind dringend Reparaturen nötig. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Resort ist als äußerst familienfreundlich hervorzuheben. Wir waren in der Nebensaison zu Gast und wären ohne eigenes Fahrzeug ziemlich ortsgebunden gewesen. Ich weiß nicht, wie es in der Hauptsaison ist, aber für ein Resort dieser Größe, sollte auch eine gewisse Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gegeben sein. Das Speisenangebot war sehr reichhaltig, frisch und appetitlich angerichtet. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert.

Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Rent og fint værelse, - stedet har lidt år på bagen men fungerer stadig fint. Vandlandet Splash og sauna området er ganske fint og maden er fin til familier. Jeg kommer igen

Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Essen am Abend sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre waren der Mückenfriedhof an den Wänden des Zimmers und die Sauberkeit der Teller. Was aber frech war war die Gebühr für den Parkplatz. Wo hätte man den sonst parken sollen? Vielleicht sollte man die gebühr lieber aufs Zimmer umlegen damit es nicht so sauer aufstößt.
