In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back

Slidt, ikke rent. Fx var minigolf fuldstændigt tilgroet. Mange myrer i huset som var overalt. I køkkenet skal man have alt med, herunder bagepapir, salt osv. Wi-Fi virkede ikke det meste af tiden. Personalet virkede mere eller mindre ligeglade. Morgenmads buffeten var kaotisk. Vi brugte det meste af tiden i badeland som var fint selvom det var noget slidt.

Hotel anmeldelse – Undgå dette sted! Vi bookede dette hotel til en familieferie med forventninger om en nogenlunde ren og funktionel oplevelse, men det viste sig at være en kæmpe skuffelse. Fra det øjeblik vi trådte ind på værelset, var det tydeligt, at rengøringen enten ikke eksisterer eller er ekstremt lemfældig. Værelset var fyldt med pissemyre – de kravlede overalt, i sengene, på bordet og selv i badeværelset. Det var både ulækkert og stressende, især med børn. Gulvtæppet var klamt, beskidt og plettet over det hele. Man turde næsten ikke gå barfodet, og det føltes fugtigt og gammelt. Lugten var også ubehagelig. Sovesofaen var en katastrofe. Den var hård, knirkede voldsomt og havde tydelige buler, så ingen sov ordentligt. Børneværelset (eller det der skulle forestille det) var også dårligt – trange forhold, slidte møbler og ingen rigtig plads til at lege eller slappe af. Det værste var dog morgenmaden. I booking-bekræftelsen stod der tydeligt “gratis morgenmad”, men da vi mødte op, blev vi opkrævet 40 euro pr. dag for 4 personer. Det er simpelthen vildledende markedsføring og føles som ren fup. Maden var i øvrigt heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig oplevelse for pengene. Vi vil aldrig bo her igen og kan på ingen måde anbefale stedet til andre familier. Der findes masser af bedre alternativer i området. Karakter: 1/10

Hej vi havde problemer ved indtjeningen for vi fik at vide at det var uden morgenmad og vi havde efter hjemmesiden bestilt morgen mad, efter en længere diskussion fik vi at vide at det er en fejl os der af og til sker.Morgenmaden er virkelig god. Vi troede at indgang til svømmehallen var gratis men det var den ikke , så stod der at der var minigolf men det var så tilgroet at det kunne man ikke. Stedet trænger virkelig til en gang pleje både udenfor og inde i husene. Men stedet er ellers virkeligt godt som husene og hotellet ligger.

Unser Appartement hatte ein Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Möbel waren teilweise abgewohnt, besonders das Schlafsofa war für Erwachsene nicht mehr geeignet, für Kinder aber okay. Insgesamt waren Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Das Schlafzimmer war jedoch sehr gut und die Matratzen hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit war top, Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive. Die Ausstattung umfasste auch Kühlschrank mit Kühlfach und Geschirrspüler, letzterer allerdings schon stark genutzt und innen rostig. Das Frühstück im Hauptgebäude (ca. 3–5 Minuten Fußweg) war super: große Auswahl, auch gluten- und laktosefrei – wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Hervorzuheben ist das Servicepersonal im Restaurant, im Indoor-Spielbereich und im Badebereich – außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Empfang beim Check-in hingegen fehlten viele Informationen, die man sich erst erfragen musste; teils bekam man auch keine klaren Antworten. Indoor-Spielbereich und Schwimmbad sind sauber und ideal für Kinder. Der Miniclub mit sehr guter Betreuung ist ebenfalls ein großes Plus (Mittagessen optional ca. 4,50 €). Das Gelände ist weitläufig mit vielen Angeboten wie Spielplätzen, Restaurant, Fußball- und Minigolfplatz sowie Reiterhof in der Nähe. Fazit: Ein schöner Familienurlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen – wir kommen wieder! 😊
